Our history

2016-2018
Experience of handling electronic and battery waste showed that there was unrealised value in battery materials, which could be recovered with much greater levels of efficiency.  A  concerted research and development programme began to find a way to separate the valuable raw materials of Lithium-ion batteries from battery waste. The objective was to find a way to supply recovered materials back to the manufacturers, at the highest level of purity, reducing the strain on worldwide virgin material demands.

Market situation & our future plans

We are currently the only climate tech company with a recovery process able to support the volume of the emerging industry. Both legally and in compliance with current waste legislation.

Our current focus for the future is to bring our innovation closer to the sources on every continent. In 2023 we will have fully operational sites in the UK, Hungary, USA,  Poland, India, Singapore and South America.
Minimum
100 000 t
waste available for recovery by the end of 2023

Europe

Export solutions will be highly restricted or banned into 2023. Europe will be forced to look within itself for the solution.

Our products have been rigorously tested to the satisfaction of the industry’s companies and talks continue to develop as they recognise our relevance in the supply chain.
